HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare and maintain employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.
• Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
• Manage day-to-day HR administration and employee queries.
• Assist with attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and other HR-related activities.
• Coordinate with management and internal teams on HR requirements and employee matters.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential HR records and databases.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
• Ensure timely completion of HR documentation, coordination, and follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE, with hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, HR administration, onboarding, documentation, and MS Office is required, along with good communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Knowledge of UAE labour laws will be an advantage.
