JOB DESCRIPTION – HR EXECUTIVE

Position: HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and support smooth employee and organizational operations. The role will involve candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, HR MIS, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end hiring activities including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Post job openings on relevant job portals and other sourcing channels.
• Shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and department heads.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
• Manage employee joining and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
• Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly payroll inputs.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and trackers using MS Excel.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and documentation.
• Assist with employee engagement and internal HR activities.
• Support performance appraisal and employee review processes.
• Handle employee exit formalities, documentation, and clearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Coordinate with management and different departments for HR-related requirements.
• Support HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance activities.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of HR processes and HR operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good candidate coordination and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment and interview scheduling.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
• Ability to prepare HR MIS and maintain accurate records.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Professional attitude with good problem-solving skills.

Qualification

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
