HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, and statutory compliances for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and joining formalities.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Handle PF, ESIC and other statutory HR compliances and maintain related records.
• Coordinate with consultants/agencies for statutory compliance and ensure timely submissions.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, salary-related data, and employee deductions.
• Prepare HR letters, employee documents, and other HR-related paperwork.
• Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR activities.
• Manage job postings on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and employees.
• Maintain proper HR files and documentation.
• Assist management with HR policies, employee discipline, and other administrative activities.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances.
• Good understanding of general HR processes and employee documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good typing speed and accuracy with basic computer knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
