HR Executive

• Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day HR activities and assignments.
• Prepare HR-related reports, statements and documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Coordinate recruitment activities.
• Assist in preparing appointment and joining documents.
• Update employee information in the HRMS.
• Assist in preparing appointment letters, confirmation letters, salary certificates, experience certificates and other HR documents.
• Assist the HR Manager in preparing monthly payroll inputs.
• Assist the HR Manager in PF, ESI, Professional Tax and other statutory-related activities.
• Circulate HR notices, circulars and internal communications.
• Coordinate employee clearance formalities.
• Collect required exit documents and company assets.
• Maintain proper records of resigned and relieved employees.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HR reports as instructed.
• Maintain manpower, attendance, recruitment and employee-related MIS.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
