Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive to support day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Manage employee joining and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and HR-related data.
• Support payroll and statutory activities.
• Handle employee queries and HR-related coordination.
• Assist in employee engagement and other HR initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Prior HR experience is preferred; freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
