Position: HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
• Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate the onboarding and joining process of selected candidates.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and employee databases.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
• Assist in employee engagement and internal communication activities.
• Support payroll-related data collection and HR documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• MS Word and MS Excel knowledge.
• Good coordination and organisational skills.
• Ability to maintain records accurately.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹14,037.15 - ₹18,163.93 per month
