HR Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR, Administration, and Accounts operations.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Manage office administration, vendor coordination, facility management, and office assets.
• Handle basic accounting, expense records, invoices, petty cash, and payment coordination.
• Maintain and update records and reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with employees, vendors, management, and external parties.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support overall smooth functioning of HR, Admin, and Accounts activities.

Requirements

• 2.5+ years of relevant experience in HR, Admin, and Accounts.
• Experience in a Fintech/IT/Corporate company preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
