What they need
Job Description for HRE:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate joining.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction and documentation.
- Coordinate with team and management regarding manpower requirements and recruitment planning.
- Handle payroll inputs, salary-related data, and attendance/leave records in coordination with the team.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR-related concerns.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, confirmation, transfers, and other employee lifecycle activities with HR Manager.
- Prepare regular HR reports, MIS, and recruitment status reports for management.
- Support employee engagement activities, and other HR initiatives as required.
Working Days- Monday to Saturday.
Timings- 10.00 pm to 7.00 pm
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
