Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily HR operations and employee coordination activities. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, communicative, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Required Languages:

• Hindi (mandatory)
• English (mandatory)
• Tamil (mandatory)
• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation
• Coordinate with employees for attendance, onboarding, and general HR queries
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Conduct outbound calls to customers to collect feedback on product usage and overall experience.
• Gather feedback regarding product usability, performance, reliability, and ease of use.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
• Assist in internal communication and HR reporting tasks

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / HR tools)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
