Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Experience Range:

1 - 4 years

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation ,and MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage salary discussions, offers, and candidate follow-ups until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring updates.

HR Operations

• Manage onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and HRMS activities.
• Handle employee queries and support HR initiatives.
• Assist with exit formalities and HR reports/MIS.

Skills Required:

Candidate Attributes:

• Minimum 80% aggregate in 10th & 12th is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR Recruitment & Operations.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS/ATS.
