Hr Executive

Job Purpose

We are looking for a structural and empathetic HR Executive to manage our day-to-day HR operations and act as the primary point of contact for employee lifecycle milestones. In this role, you will handle everything from talent sourcing and onboarding to payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee relations. Your ultimate goal is to maintain a compliant, productive, and highly engaged workplace that aligns with our core business growth.Core Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Source talent across active portals screen resumes, schedule interview loops, and maintain the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Onboarding & Lifecycle: Design offer letters, conduct background checks, execute joining formalities, organize day-one induction programs, and manage employee exit evaluations.
• Database Management: Keep the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) meticulously updated with employee details, leaves, attendance, and internal movements.
• Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Coordinate monthly attendance cycles and leave data to support payroll processing. Ensure adherence to regional labor laws, PF, ESIC, and bonus compliance.
• Employee Engagement & Relations: Act as the first point of contact for daily staff grievances. Plan, organize, and execute internal corporate events, cultural celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
• Policy Enforcement: Communicate company codes of conduct, update employee handbooks, and ensure all business workflows remain legally compliant.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
