Position: HR Executive

Role Overview

Hospertz India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Executive with 1+ years of experience, primarily responsible for recruitment and hiring activities. The candidate will also support day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment – Primary Responsibility

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Understand job requirements and prepare candidate profiles accordingly.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment status.
• Coordinate offer letters, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
• Ensure positions are closed within the required timeline.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

HR Support

• Maintain employee documentation and records.
• Manage attendance and leave records.
• Assist with employee joining and exit formalities.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day HR activities.
• Prepare basic HR reports and maintain HR databases.

Required Skills

• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
• Good MS Excel and documentation skills
• Target-oriented and proactive approach

Experience & Qualification

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment / HR.
• Prior experience in bulk hiring or multiple-position recruitment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sakinaka, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
