HR EXECUTIVE

Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide recruitment insights.
• Assist in manpower planning and recruitment activities based on business requirements.
• Ensure all new hires complete proper documentation and onboarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and monitor recruitment progress.
• Conduct exit interviews for resigned staff, compile exit feedback, and prepare summary reports to identify turnover trends for management reviews.
• Coordinate offboarding clearance procedures, ensuring proper handover, returns of company assets, and smooth exit logistics.

Training & Development

• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads.
• Organize internal and external training sessions and coordinate relevant training arrangements.
• Track and maintain employee training records.
• Monitor training cost and assist in preparing training-related reports.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programmes and gather feedback where appropriate.
• Assist in identifying training and development needs and implementing relevant learning initiatives based on business and employee needs.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
