HR Executive

About the role

This role involves comprehensive foreign worker administration and general office management responsibilities, including recruitment, training, payroll, leave administration and Workplace Safety and Health matters. You will manage work pass applications and renewals, employee payroll and CPF matters, and handle foreign worker disciplinary and employee relations issues.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of foreign worker administration, including recruitment, training, payroll, leave administration and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) matters
• Apply and renew work passes and relevant site access passes for foreign workers, including MOM, PSA, Jurong Port and other relevant authorities
• Manage employee payroll, CPF and IRAS-related matters, including IR8A, IR21 and NS claims
• Maintain proper records and documentation for foreign workers' dormitory accommodation
• Handle foreign worker disciplinary matters, grievances and employee relations
• Assist with WICA/work injury compensation insurance claims and related documentation
• Manage foreign worker security/performance bond matters
• Coordinate the renewal of the Company's vehicle insurance, road tax, parking and related matters
• Collate, compile and submit MOM labour surveys on a quarterly basis
• Plan and coordinate Company events and staff activities

About you

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Good command of English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and workers
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, organised, responsible and able to work independently
• Able to handle confidential employee and company information with discretion
