HR Executive – Recruitment & Placement

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday–Saturday | 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

We are looking for a HR Executive with 2–3 years of recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring and support multi-location manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
• Manage recruitment for healthcare, security, hospitality, corporate, and other positions.
• Coordinate interviews, joining, documentation, and deployment.
• Attend and organize placement drives/job fairs within Odisha and outside Odisha.
• Coordinate with clients, institutes, and recruitment partners.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Achieve hiring targets within timelines.

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA in HR or relevant field.
• 2–3 years of HR/recruitment experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for recruitment drives.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
