HR Executive

Qualification - Master Degree / PG Diploma in Human resources

Experience - 2 to 5 years of experience as HR Generalist.

Job roles and responsibilities :

• Hiring and Onboarding
• Sourcing of profiles, Discussion with the candidate (Pre and Post interview).
• Conducting Interview and Coordinating the entire selection process until release of offer letter.
• Attend to onboarding formalities.
• Payroll Process: Computation of payroll data comprising of attendance, leave, extra hours etc
• New joiners & Exit details
• Vendor Management: Off roll /Contract Labour, NAPS / Contract ( Prepare monthly attendance reports, verify & provide data for payroll) .
• Insurance (GPA, GHI ) – ensure data is updated and sent to service provider.
• Employee Engagement Programs: Organise for the monthly team building programs, Events, Personnel Development plan.
• Data Base Management: HR Database, Monthly Leave report, Attrition details, Training & Development details.
• HR Metrics & Audit – To provide necessary support for report creation and
• Exit & Relieving formalities - Issue relieving & experience letter
• Oversee and manage the Administration functions – Travel & Accommodation arrangement, Hospitality services for the guest, ensure maintenance of office is attended promptly and appropriately by the house keepers and disinfection process is conducted as per the protocol.
• Any other associated tasks that is aligned to HR & Administration functions that shall be notified time to time.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
