HR Executive – Job Description

* Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

* Prepare Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Warning/Memo and other HR letters.

* Maintain employee files, HRMS records, attendance and biometric data.

* Coordinate onboarding, induction, ID cards, uniforms and exit formalities.

* Assist with payroll, PF/ESI and HR-related reports and documentation.

* Manage Visiting Consultant Doctors’ documentation and agreements/contracts.

* Maintain doctors’ files, MMC Registration and Indemnity validity trackers and manual records.

* Coordinate the complete doctor onboarding/process flow, including documentation, approvals and empanelment.

* Prepare and maintain doctor profile summaries/content for the hospital website.

* Ensure timely updating of doctor master data and consultant records.

* Support employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.

* Handle HR queries and coordinate with various departments for HR requirements.

Salary - 25,000/- To 30,000/-

Experience: 2–3 years in HR, preferably in a hospital/healthcare environment.

Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR/Business Administration or related field.

Location: Vikhroli East, Mumbai

Work Schedule: Full-time | 6 days a week

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
