HR Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Coordinate with candidates and departments for smooth joining and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance and HR documentation.
• Assist in payroll processing, salary inputs, PF/ESIC and related HR activities.
• Support employee engagement activities, events and internal communication.
• Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
• Assist in implementing company HR policies and processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper HR documentation.

• Strong Recruitment & Talent Acquisition skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Payroll, PF & ESIC
• Employee engagement and coordination
• MS Excel / Google Sheets
• HR documentation and record management
• Problem-solving and team-handling skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
