What they need
- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring, including posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and rolling out offers.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct inductions for new hires, collect documents, and manage exit interviews and full and final settlements.
- Compliance & Records: Keep employee records accurate and up to date in the HRIS/HRMS database, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Payroll Support: Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
