HR Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified HR Executive to oversee our daily human resources operations. Candidates with prior experience in a hospital or healthcare environment are highly preferred.

þ Key Responsibilities-

· Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, interview, and on board both clinical (nurses, technicians) and non-clinical staff.

· Operations & Compliance: Maintain digital and physical employee files, track daily attendance, and ensure statutory compliance with healthcare labour regulations.

· Payroll & Attendance Management: Manage leave tracking, biometric records, and prepare monthly inputs for payroll processing.

· Employee Engagement: Act as a reliable point of contact for staff grievances, conduct engagement activities, and foster a positive workplace culture.

· Performance Support: Assist department heads with the annual performance appraisal process and coordinate training sessions.

þ Required Qualifications & Skills-

· Education: MBA in HR (Human Resources)/PMIR is mandatory.

· Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven core HR experience.

· Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

· Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, conflict-resolution skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
