About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates.
• Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate attendance, leave, and basic payroll-related activities.
• Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements.
• Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain necessary documentation.
• Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in HR or a similar role.
• Graduate/MBA/PG in Human Resources or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in recruitment, employee coordination, attendance management, and general HR operations will be preferred.

Job Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
