HR Executive manages daily human resources tasks like hiring, onboarding, payroll support, and employee relations
Duties:
- Managed full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, and candidate shortlisting using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Conducted initial phone screens and coordinated interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Handled joining formalities, orientation, and comprehensive induction programs for new hires.
- Prepared offer letters, employment contracts, and managed exit formalities.
