Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The role includes candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer & joining management, onboarding, HRMS, employee support and engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment
- Source, screen and coordinate candidates
- Manage interviews, offers and joining formalities
- Support onboarding and HR operations
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records
- Handle employee queries and engagement activities
