Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment and HR documentation at our manufacturing unit in Faridabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily attendance, leave and employee records.
• Handle recruitment and selection activities as per manpower requirements.
• Coordinate candidate sourcing, interview scheduling and joining formalities.
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction.
• Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR letters including appointment, confirmation, warning, transfer and experience letters.
• Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements and employee-related issues.
• Assist in payroll processing and provide attendance/leave inputs.
• Maintain records related to PF, ESI
• Support implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper maintenance of HR records and compliance with company processes.
• Coordinate with management and department heads for day-to-day HR activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
