Job Overview

We Promote is looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Manage onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain attendance and employee records.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
