HR Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on IT/Technical Recruitment. The role will involve sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, working closely with hiring managers, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requirement understanding to offer release and joining confirmation
• Handle IT/Technical Recruitment for various technical roles and skill sets
• Understand job requirements, technical skills, experience, and candidate expectations in coordination with hiring managers
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, recruitment consultancies, and other approved channels
• Conduct initial candidate screening through telephonic/video interviews
• Assess candidates based on experience, technical exposure, communication skills, notice period, and compensation expectations
• Coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interview rounds with the respective stakeholders
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely interview feedback and recruitment closure
• Maintain candidate databases, screening records, interview feedback, and recruitment trackers accurately
• Coordinate candidate documentation and offer release processes
• Follow up with selected candidates until offer acceptance and joining confirmation
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within defined SLA and timelines
• Prepare regular recruitment status reports covering open positions, sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, and closures
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Support onboarding and induction coordination for selected candidates

Required Skills & Experience

• 1.5–2 years of experience in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
• Hands-on experience in IT / Technical Recruitment
• Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Good understanding of technical roles, technologies, and IT skill requirements
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar recruitment platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good stakeholder coordination and relationship management skills
• Strong follow-up, ownership, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Candidates with experience recruiting profiles in Data/BI, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, Cloud, Databricks, AI, Software Development, or related technical areas will be preferred
• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period are preferred

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
