HR Executive

• Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

• Location: Sembawang

• AWS & VB provided

  Job Description:

• Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation, attendance tracking and personnel records.

• Facilitate new hire onboarding and ensure all pre-employment and joining arrangements are completed smoothly.

• Update and maintain HR databases, employee listings and related records.

• Prepare regular HR reports and provide relevant updates to management.

• Respond to employee queries and coordinate with internal departments on HR and payroll-related matters.

• Ensure HR documentation and processes are properly maintained in line with company policies and statutory requirements.

• Assist with other HR operational and administrative activities when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in HR or a similar administrative role.
