HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees.
• Administer payroll processing and ensure statutory contributions are accurate and timely.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Monitor employee probation, confirmation, resignation, and exit processes.
• Assist in employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labor laws.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases.
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR and payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and payroll practices.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently with discretion in handling confidential information.
