HR Executive

About Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our HR team and support end-to-end human resource operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Assist in employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and probation tracking.
• Draft HR-related letters, emails, and official documents.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
• Support payroll inputs and other HR administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of HR documentation and the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Basic understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
