Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and effective resource utilization. You will play a key role in ensuring the right people are available for the right roles while improving workforce productivity and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, screening, and onboarding.
• Track employee availability, deployment, and utilisation.
• Coordinate resource allocation based on business requirements.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and workforce availability.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll and incentive processing.
• Coordinate with managers on manpower requirements.
• Prepare HR and resource utilisation reports.
• Identify manpower gaps and support timely hiring or deployment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of HR/HR Operations experience.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Analytical and process-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
