HR Executive

We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to support and manage day-to-day HR activities. Candidates with relevant HR experience as well as freshers with a strong interest in Human Resources are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an understanding of basic HR functions. Candidates with hands-on knowledge of recruitment and HR operations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
• Support end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
• Handle employee joining, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and employee information.
• Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with the accounts/payroll team.
• Respond to employee queries and provide HR-related support.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and attendance reports.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding recruitment and employee requirements.
• Assist with statutory compliance and other HR administrative activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
