HR Executive

Key Responsibilities -

• Understand hiring requirements and create suitable candidate profiles/JDs.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per the requirement.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
• Maintain basic employee records and HR documentation.
• Support in preparing offer letters, joining documents and other basic HR paperwork.
• Support management in developing basic HR processes and policies as the company grows.
• Maintain a simple recruitment tracker and provide regular hiring updates.
• Handle other basic HR activities as required in a growing startup environment.

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / HR / Talent Acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a startup environment.
• Strong candidate sourcing and follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and identify the right candidates.
• Proactive, energetic and target-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of basic HR documentation and processes will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
