Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and performance management processes.
• Support recruitment activities whenever needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in HR Operations or as an HR Executive.
• Good knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
