HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and follow-ups

Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, offer letters, NDAs, and selection emails

Manage employee onboarding & induction processes

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR MIS

Handle salary verification, payroll coordination, and payslip support

Coordinate with managers for manpower planning and hiring needs

Manage exit formalities, F&F coordination, and relieving letters

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures

Draft and manage professional HR emails, reports, and internal communication

Support employee engagement activities and resolve basic HR queries.

Skills Required:

Good communication skills (English & Hindi)

Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll basics

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email drafting

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Experience & Qualification:

1–5 years of experience in HR (Real Estate preferred)

Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred)

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
