Job Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Prepare and post job vacancies on recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
• Coordinate payroll and salary-related information.
• Support employee engagement and internal communication.
• Handle employee queries and HR-related matters.
• Assist in developing and implementing company HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Experience in the solar, construction, electrical, or technical industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
