HR Executive

*Handle recruitment and employee onboarding.

* Maintain employee personal files and HR records.

* Manage employee attendance, leave and overtime records.

* Assist in monthly payroll preparation and statutory contributions.

* Prepare HR letters, notices, memos and employee-related documents.

* Handle employee relations and staff enquiries.

* Assist with disciplinary and misconduct cases.

* Coordinate employee training and development programmes.

* Assist with performance appraisal and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).

* Monitor probation, confirmation, promotion and resignation matters.

* Ensure compliance with company HR policies and employment regulations.

* Manage employee welfare and engagement activities.

* Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.

* Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
