About Us

AJIMINO SDN. BHD. makes amino acid-based organic fertilizers and foliar sprays that help crops like chilli, durian and oil palm grow stronger. We are growing fast and moving from trading into our own manufacturing.

Now we need an HR Executive to help our team grow too. You will find the right people, bring them in and help them do their best work. You will report directly to the Director, so your ideas are heard and acted on quickly.

Find great people

• Plan manpower needs with management for production, warehouse, sales and office roles
• Handle the full hiring process: job posting, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding
• Build a steady talent pipeline through job portals, referrals and colleges
• Prepare job descriptions, offer letters and employment contracts

Help the team do their best

• Set up simple ways to track attendance, tasks and work progress
• Work with team leaders to set clear KPIs and run regular performance reviews
• Report staff performance, issues and suggestions to management
• Handle staff discipline, complaints and resignations fairly and properly
• Build a positive work culture where people want to stay

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of all-round HR experience
• Experience handling the full recruitment process
• Good working knowledge of Malaysian labour law and statutory requirements
• Comfortable building simple systems from scratch and being hands-on
• Firm, fair and trusted by colleagues
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Experience in manufacturing, factory or agriculture is an advantage
• Able to commute to our workplace in Meru, Klang
