As an HR Executive at Your Company Name, you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. Our ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR-related tasks and should be familiar with relevant laws and regulations.

1. Employee Reporting & Monitoring.

2. Ensure proper and timely reporting of all Managers and MSRs

3. Monitor employees through the company's software/tracking system and ensure regular updates.

4.Prepare and maintain employee tour plans.

5.Handle the recruitment process, including.

6.Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews as required

7.Ensure regular and timely follow-up with candidates regarding.

8.Maintain and organize employee documentation and records

9.Maintain and monitor employee attendance records.

10.Handle courier-related activities, including,

11.Maintain regular coordination with employees, Managers, MSRs, and candidates.

Job Type: Full-time
