HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our educational institute. The role involves employee coordination, recruitment, attendance and leave management, documentation, onboarding, employee engagement, and supporting management in maintaining smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment for faculty, academic counsellors, telecallers, sales, marketing, and administrative positions.
• Prepare and publish job vacancies on relevant platforms.
• Coordinate the institute's student placement support activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and HR professionals.
• Identify suitable job and internship opportunities for students.
• Collect and maintain company and recruiter databases.
• Coordinate job openings and placement opportunities with eligible students.
• Share relevant job vacancies with students and coordinate applications.
• Schedule interviews, recruitment drives, HR rounds, and placement activities.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• HR certification or MBA in HR will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
