HR EXECUTIVE

• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Manage payroll, compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF)
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
• Drive employee engagement, welfare programs, and team-building activities
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
• Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
• Maintain HR record, report, systems and processes
• Conduct performance, appraisals and salary reviews
• Analyse trends in compensation and benefits
• Design and implement employee retention strategies
• Any ad-hoc task when assigned

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of HR and admin management experience
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
• Hands-on experience with payroll, HRIS, and compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
