HR Executive

We are looking for "HR Executive" for night shift.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Junior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR, administrative, and operational tasks while ensuring smooth coordination across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews, including candidate communication and follow-ups.
• Manage administrative tasks and maintain records for a team of 10–15 employees.
• Handle social media engagement, including responding to comments and messages.
• Maintain balance sheets, expense trackers, and operational spreadsheets.
• Keep daily checklists updated and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and follow up on pending activities.
• Manage LinkedIn job and engagement posting
• Share daily updates with the founders regarding completed tasks, pending items, and operational progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Calendar.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ideal Candidate: Someone who enjoys keeping things organized, takes initiative, and can efficiently manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
