HR Executive

INKTANK DESIGNS is looking for a responsible, organized, and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–1.5 years of practical HR experience and be comfortable handling recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, and daily HR operations.

We are looking for someone who can communicate professionally, manage multiple tasks, and maintain discipline and confidentiality in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and other HR documentation.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, contracts, and offer letters.
• Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

• 1–1.5 years of hands-on HR experience is required.
• Good understanding of recruitment and basic HR procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and email.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
