HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Executive to join our team.

Position: HR Executive
Salary: AED 9,000 – 11,000 per month
Location: UAE
Visa & Medical Insurance: Company
Other Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR files.
• Manage attendance, leave and employee-related matters.
• Support employee relations and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Provide HR support to employees and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant UAE HR experience.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.
