HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Field Recruitment & Sourcing: Conduct field-level sourcing to find and attract candidates for retail stores and delivery hubs.
• Bulk Hiring / Mass Recruitment: Manage high-volume hiring for positions like store staff, cashiers, and helpers.
• End-to-End Recruitment Process: Handle candidate interviews, document verification, and the issuance of offer letters to selected candidates.
• Payroll Support: Track daily attendance, leaves, and overtime (OT) data to support the payroll team in ensuring timely salary disbursement.
• Onboarding & Induction: Conduct onboarding and induction training for new hires regarding store rules, working hours, and company policies.
• Employee Relations & Queries: Address and resolve queries from field staff and store employees regarding salaries, PF, and ESI.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in Bulk Hiring and Field Recruitment, preferably within the retail, e-commerce, or logistics sectors.
• Skills: Ability to manage blue-collar and grey-collar employees, with a basic knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software.
• Travel: Willingness to travel locally for recruitment drives and store visits.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
