HR Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling HR activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
• Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit procedures.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance, leaves, and documentation.
• Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, internship letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
• Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR policies, requirements, and workplace concerns.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and disciplinary processes.
• Assist with payroll inputs, salary-related coordination, and monthly HR reports.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, attendance rules, and internal procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, employee management, HR documentation, and basic HR policies.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and email communication.
