What they need
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and the HRMS
- Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, labour law registers, and returns)
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and policy communication
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for audits
- Assist with performance appraisals, training coordination, and exit formalities
- Support the HR needs of the plant and office staff
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
