HR Executive

Prime Group is looking for a motivated and organized HR Assistant to join our team in Patna, Bihar.

The HR Assistant will support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and employee management activities, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, employee records, attendance, onboarding and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment and hiring activities.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Contact candidates and coordinate interview schedules.

Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups.

Maintain employee records, documents and HR databases.

Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.

Maintain attendance and leave records.

Prepare basic HR reports and recruitment updates.

Coordinate with different departments regarding hiring and employee requirements.

Handle routine HR and administrative tasks.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
