HR Executive

• Maintain and update employee master data, HR records, and HRMS/HRIS.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports related to headcount, attrition, employee movement, recruitment, attendance, and leave.
• Analyse employee attrition trends, exit data, and retention patterns.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and dashboard preparation.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee documentation, digital records, and personnel files.
• Assist in preparing HR documentation, reports, and data for institutional accreditation, audits, rankings, and statutory compliance, as applicable.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect, validate, and consolidate HR data for institutional reporting and accreditation requirements.
• Support onboarding, confirmation, employee lifecycle management, and exit formalities.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of HR reports.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR reporting and automate routine data management activities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
