Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and organized HR Executive to join our team. You will support the human resources department by managing daily operations, helping employees, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Workable +3Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate induction programs for new hires. HRMWare +1
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, handle grievances, and help resolve workplace conflicts. Keka +1
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, update the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) database, and manage attendance or leave tracking.
• Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist with monthly payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliances (such as PF and ESIC). YouTube·Mini Sethi +2
• Performance & Training: Assist with performance review cycles and coordinate employee training or engagement activities.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure company policies follow local labor laws and regulations.

Required Skills

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Abilities: Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Organization: High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software, plus a solid grasp of basic employment laws.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
