HR Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding and managing attendance dashboards.
• Administer employee secondment contracts across various corporate entities.
• Assist in formulating workplace well-being plans and ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
• Support inclusive workforce programs, ensuring fair and equitable HR practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource.
• Familiarity with HR information systems, Excel, or dashboard tools for attendance tracking.
• At least 2 years of generalist HR experience.
• High level of confidentiality and strong organizational skills.

WORK ARRANGEMENTS

Full-time, permanent employment.

44 hours per week.

Working pattern: Regular Hours.

Location: East of Singapore.
